The altar or collection can serve as a poignant reminder of a quality you want to embody, a transformation you want to create, a goal you want to achieve, or a spirit you want to encourage. It can be a great setting for daily meditation.

It doesn't take much to create a little oasis of centering and groundedness, even right there in the Homewood Suites.
